Telehealth questions

Before your first video session.

Who can be seen by telehealth?
Any adult physically located in California during the session, plus Florida residents under license #TPSW3373. Licensure is based on where you are sitting, not where you live.
Is Brainspotting effective over video?
Yes. Brainspotting is routinely delivered by video using guided eye positioning on screen, and many clients find their own home a steadier setting for processing.
What technology do I need?
A private room, headphones, a charged laptop or phone, and a stable internet connection. Sessions run in a secure, HIPAA-compliant browser link — no app or account to create.
Do telehealth sessions cost the same?
Yes. Video sessions are billed at the same rates as in person: $190 individual ($180 cash pay), $225 couples or co-parenting, $250 family or court-mandated.
