About Natalie

I want to help you build an authentic life with balance.

Before becoming a therapist I worked in physical therapy and rehabilitation, with people in chronic pain and recovering from injury. After the sudden loss of a friend to suicide, I felt called into mental health. I earned my Master of Social Work in 2016 from San Diego State University, completed associate clinical social work training from 2016 through 2021, and have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California since 2021.
