Insurers will sometimes approve a single case agreement (SCA) when there is no in-network provider in your area who offers in-person care or works with your specific concerns. If yours is willing, they can contact me to complete the paperwork and your sessions are covered as though I were in network.
Client intake and consent forms are sent to you electronically before your first appointment — nothing needs to be printed or filled out in the waiting room.
Why private pay
The case for paying out of pocket
Confidentiality
Private pay avoids routine submission of claims and diagnostic information to an insurance plan, while standard clinical recordkeeping and confidentiality requirements still apply.
Control & flexibility
You and I decide the frequency and modality — no authorizations, no denials, no waiting.
Clinical judgment
Treatment is shaped by assessment, not by a reviewer who has never met you.
Less administrative friction
No claim paperwork, no calls to an insurance agent about your mental health treatment.
Reliable support
A regular, protected hour is a lifelong skill in itself — and a steady place to work from.
