Individual Psychotherapy
Individual therapy is a protected hour to work on what keeps repeating — the anxiety that will not settle, the grief that has nowhere to go, the pattern you can name but cannot interrupt. Sessions are held in person at the Vista office or by secure video anywhere in California.
Working through burnout, pressure, or the demands of a leadership role? See therapy for professionals in North County for how individual psychotherapy fits into that work.

Individual Psychotherapy — common questions
- How long does individual therapy take?
- Most clients meet weekly for three to six months, then taper. Some focused work finishes sooner; depth-oriented trauma work often runs longer. We review progress together rather than assuming a fixed course.
